What people notice before they call us.
Dust that comes back in a day If wiping surfaces feels pointless, the ductwork is usually redistributing what you just cleaned up.
Allergies worse indoors than out Filtration that is too coarse, or a filter nobody has changed since the last owner.
Dry winters, clammy summers Chicago swings hard both ways. Humidity control is the difference between comfortable and merely warm.
Rooms that never match the thermostat Airflow, not the furnace. Balancing and duct repairs fix what a bigger system cannot.
Ducts
Duct cleaning that is actually cleaning.
Negative pressure on the trunk, brushes through the branches, registers pulled and washed, floors covered before we start. Not a shop vac and a photo of a dirty vent.

The people who show up
You breathe more of this air than any other.
Most homeowners spend more hours inside this house than anywhere else. The air in it deserves more thought than a filter bought at the last minute.

Questions we get about this.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
For most homes every three to five years, sooner after renovation work or if somebody in the house has allergies.
Will duct cleaning fix my allergies?
It removes what the system has been recirculating. Combined with proper filtration it helps a lot, but we will not promise you a cure.
What filter should I use?
For most houses a four or five inch media filter is the sweet spot. Higher is not automatically better, it can starve the blower.
Do you do the cleaning yourselves?
Yes, our own crew and our own equipment. No subcontractors.
